I know you were all waiting for this - here's another song that I wrote almost entirely in the woods. I recorded both vocal tracks in the woods, as well as the ukulele. I found that after I recorded the vocals, I couldn't part with them. The expressiveness of the vocals, and the interplay between the parts, mixed with the ambiguity of the lack of lyrics made for a deeper meaning that I could feel deep within myself but that I could not, or would not, replicate with words. I thought it better to simply share the piece as it was, and to allow you all to feel that same way and develop your own feelings and interpretations of the song.
